Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend!!! We had such a great time and hope you did too! We would especially like to thank all of our Corporate and Balloon Sponsors who made this event possible and for supporting the Ozark Mountain YMCA!

We fought with quite a bit of winds so the balloons weren’t up as long as we would have liked at times… and couldn’t fly this morning (Sunday) at all, but had such a fun time none the less!

The Communities at Branson Creek is located off of Hwy 65 - 4 miles South of Branson and the “76 Strip” (1 mile south of the Hollister exit). Turn onto Branson Creek Boulevard towards the new Branson Airport, and you will see directional signs all the way down the boulevard to the event grounds (about 4 miles like you are going to Murder Rock Golf Club).

We would like to WELCOME our Friday Night Kick-Off Party emcee, TV Host Jack London! He will be the master of ceremonies and will introduce the mayors of Branson and Hollister who will officially light the first balloon of the weekend activities. And Saturday evening, fantastic musical group SIX will begin the night with a performance of the National Anthem at 5:00 PM with stage entertainment by Barry Williams (Greg Brady from the Brady Bunch) and Jack London. We will lead into the Saturday evening Balloon Glow with a special performance by the College of the Ozarks concert band!

The 2nd Annual Balloons Over Branson Creek Hot Air Balloon Festival by The Communities at Branson Creek in conjunction with Branson Balloon and to benefit the Ozark Mountain Family YMCA is set for October 19th – 21st, 2012. Featuring 25 Hot Air Balloons providing tethered rides Friday evening and a Hot Air Balloon Pilot’s Competition Saturday morning as well as a beautiful Balloon Glow Saturday Evening. Enjoy Powered Parachutes, Sky Divers, Food by Famous Daves, Helicopter Rides by Chopper Charter, Vendor and Craft Fair, Live Entertainment through out the day, Pumpkin Carving, Pie Eating Contest, Monkey Moe’s for the kids, Hay Rides and so much more!
